The ELA/ELD/H-SS Team from the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools partners with districts and schools to strengthen literacy instruction, English Language Development (ELD), and history social-science (H-SS) through professional learning, instructional coaching, model lessons, leadership development, and systems-level guidance. These services are designed to strengthen instructional practices and improve student outcomes across grade levels.

Grounded in California’s state standards and frameworks, our work supports educators in designing rigorous, engaging lessons where students read, write, speak, and listen with purpose.
